ALL WOODEN PRODUCT IS CUT 'SQUARE'
Specialist
CNC machinery is used. On occasion floors and walls are not straight, level or
are tapered or bowed so you may see gaps or spaces behind the divisions/
shelves and or parts on exposed walls.
We do not guarantee nil gaps, including walls, around skirting boards, ceiling
trim etc or other items that may protrude from the buyer's wall.
Floor
to ceiling height installation, we recommend installing the top-shelf due to
common height variance between floor and ceiling.
Gaps that occur due to installation limitation, panel size and manufacture
limits are out of our control due to these variances.
EW
Joinery does NOT guarantee nil gaps, spaces, level, or square installations due
to the condition of the buyer's walls, floor, ceiling, or door jamb/ lentil
conditions.
While we will do our best to limit gaps using fillers or packers were
applicable, the walls, ceiling, floor, and door jamb/ lentil conditions are out
of our control.

We ask you to choose doors carefully and should you have any questions about doors, colours, look or final positioning please ask before approving or making the deposit payment.
INSTALLING DOORS
Sliding
& Panel Doors priced, are based on a maximum opening height off between
2400 to 2425mm unless stated otherwise.
For sliding doors, on occasion we may use packers under tracks, these are to
assist with track support and or height adjustment - this is a normal trade
practice.
All doors, while onsite we may adjust and set doors to suit the 'door jambs, ceiling and or floor. We are limited to how much adjustment we can apply in order for the doors to look straight and even or inline and is subject to floor, ceiling and or jambs being true. Should your door jambs, floor or ceiling be uneven or out of square you may experience gaps between doors and door jambs or uneven doors. While we will do our best to true the doors the conditions of the door jambs, ceiling and floor is out of our control and not our responsibility.
Extra
cost may be charged to the seller on the event the door requires modifications
or changes to doors to suit sellers uneven or out of square jambs, floor or
ceiling or extra labour.
Door placement, see above DOORS.
Should you have any questions or concerns please talk to us PRIOR to ordering.
For sliding doors, we prefer NOT to secure door track/ guilds directly on-top of the carpet. If carpet is present EW Joinery recommends having the carpet cut prior to installation of the doors and installing a suitable packer first.
Should the door area NOT provide us with flat even solid surface, and we must install track on carpet, we will do our upmost to ensure we do not damage the carpet during this process plus secure track as straight. as possible. We cannot guaranty the track will be straight on top of a soft surface. companies like 'Carpetguy' or Carpet Repairs' specialises in small carpet jobs, repairs, and re-setting carpet.
On occasion and were applicable we use the top door track guild to help align the top shelf at a join - this is normal trade practice.
INSTALLATION
Some Cabinetry, shelf storage systems and wardrobes are open back, this means you can see the wall behind the parts, we recommend the wall area behind and to the sides of the wardrobe/ storage areas are either cleaned or painted to a high standard and any current protruding items or rail hanging bars are removed before any new cabinetry or parts are installed, this ensures the best finish and look for your new cabinetry and storage areas.
Including all furniture, cabinetry, cupboard, shelf or storage system, and doors during installation and prior to EW Joinery finishing project/ job - should the purchaser assist by means of building, third party, other third-party installer, additions, changes or take over the installation process in any way then they accept by default FULL responsibility for controls relating to quality and assurance, warranties and liability.
The purchaser at this time by default indemnifies the seller
of such liability as the control of installation for the seller has been
limited. This includes any aforementioned warranty unless agreed to in writing.
Should you have any questions or concerns please talk to us PRIOR to ordering
and approval.
By paying the deposit you agree in full to our terms and conditions either via links in our emails, written estimates & quotes, above and on our websites or social media platforms.
